CRIMES (CHILD SEX OFFENDERS) ACT 2005 - SECT 14

What is a child sex offender registration order?

A "child sex offender registration order", in relation to a person, is—

        (d)     an order declaring that the person is a registrable offender for this Act; or

        (e)     a corresponding child sex offender registration order.
