Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In a proceeding in a court in relation to a child or young person, a person may be a litigation guardian for the child or young person only if the court gives leave.
(2) The court may give leave for a person to be a litigation guardian for a child or young person only if both the person and the child or young person have been given an opportunity to be heard about the appointment.
