Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If 2 or more applications have been filed in a court in relation to a child or young person, the court may hear and decide the applications together if it considers that it would be in the best interests of the child or young person.
(2) If 2 or more applications are before a court in relation to children or young people who are related, or that raise related matters about children or young people, the court may hear and decide the applications together if it considers that it would be in the best interests of each child or young person.
