Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a proceeding is brought against the Territory, a statement containing the information prescribed by regulation (if any) must be endorsed on, or annexed to, the process by which the proceeding is begun.
(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not render a proceeding void unless the court is of the opinion that the Territory has been prejudiced by that failure.
