Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A writ or similar process must not be issued out of any ACT court or the ACAT to enforce a judgment against the Crown in right of a State or another Territory.
(2) If a final judgment is given by an ACT court or the ACAT against the Crown in right of a State or another Territory, the court must give a copy of the judgment to the Governor or Administrator of the State or Territory.
