CORRECTIONS MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 95
Segregation not to affect minimum living conditions(1) The segregation of a detainee under this part does not affect the standards applying to the detainee under section 12 (Correctional centres—minimum living conditions).
(2) However, subsection (1) does not prevent the application of the standards in a way that is necessary and reasonable for the purpose of the segregation.
