CORRECTIONS MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 207
Declaration of corresponding leave laws(1) The Minister may declare that a law of a State or another Territory is a corresponding leave law.
(2) The Minister may make the declaration only if satisfied that the law substantially corresponds to this part.
(3) A declaration under this section is a notifiable instrument.
Note A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
