CORRECTIONS MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 109
Searches of transgender and intersex detainees(1) This section applies if a transgender or intersex detainee is to be subjected to a search under this part.
(2) To remove any doubt, the detainee's sex is taken to be that entered for the detainee in the register of detainees.
