CIVIL LAW (WRONGS) ACT 2002 - SECT 93

Application—pt 7.1

    (1)     This part applies to all claims for damages for personal injury, including claims to which the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Act 2008 , chapter 4 (Motor Accident Claims) applies.

    (2)     However, this part does not apply to claims under the Workers Compensation Act 1951 .
