Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If an agreed expert is not available to give evidence on an issue when required, the court may, on application by the parties, allow the parties to appoint another agreed expert to give evidence on the issue.
(2) If an appointed expert is not available to give evidence on an issue when required the court may appoint another expert to give evidence on the issue.
