CIVIL LAW (WRONGS) ACT 2002 - SECT 83

Application—ch 6

    (1)     This chapter applies to all claims for damages for personal injury, including claims to which the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Act 2008 , chapter 4 (Motor Accident Claims) applies.

    (2)     However, this chapter does not apply to a claim under the Workers Compensation Act 1951 .
