CIVIL LAW (WRONGS) ACT 2002 - SECT 156

In this part:

"common carrier" means a common carrier by land.

schedule 2 packaged goods —see section 159 (1).

"transport" means carriage—

        (a)     under a contract of carriage; or

        (b)     incidental to the carriage of a person for reward.
