Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may give written directions to community organisations about the taking out of insurance, or the adoption of risk management plans, in relation to liabilities to which this part applies.
(2) A direction is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented
to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
