CRIMES (RESTORATIVE JUSTICE) ACT 2004 - SECT 30

Suitability—eligibility requirement

The chief executive may decide that an offence is suitable for restorative justice only if satisfied that—

        (a)     there is an eligible victim or eligible parent for the offence; and

        (b)     the offender is an eligible offender.
