Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Section 27 and section 28 do not apply to conduct engaged in by an authorised person if—
(a) a particular qualification is needed to engage in the conduct; and
(b) the person does not have the qualification.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not the person has acquired, as evidence of an assumed identity, a document indicating that the person has the qualification.
