CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) (ENFORCEMENT) ACT 1995 - SECT 54Q
Return of licence(1) If a licence is cancelled or expires, the licensee must return the licence to the commissioner within 7 days after day of the cancellation or expiry.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability
offence.
