Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar may, by written notice served on the licensee, vary the conditions specified in a licence.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) takes effect from the day specified in the notice (not earlier than 28 days after the date of the notice).
(3) A licensee must give the licence to the registrar within 28 days after the day notice under subsection (1) is given to the licensee.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(4) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
(5) On receipt of a licence, the registrar must amend the licence and return it to the licensee within 7 days.
