Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If, under section 54H, the registrar renews a licence, the licensee may pay the determined fee by instalments.
(2) Instalment payments must be paid on or before the due date.
(3) If a person fails to pay an instalment by the due date, the registrar must, by notice to the licensee, suspend the licence.
(4) If a person fails to pay an instalment within 30 days after the due date for the instalment, the registrar must cancel the licence.
(5) In this section:
"due date" means 1 February, 1 May, 1 August or 1 November.
