CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) (ENFORCEMENT) ACT 1995 - SECT 16

Unclassified and RC films

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person sells a film; and

        (b)     the film is an unclassified film or a film classified RC.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
