CASINO CONTROL ACT 2006 - SECT 25

Compliance with code of practice

The casino licensee must comply with the code of practice prescribed under the Control Act.

Note     A failure to comply with the code of practice is a ground for disciplinary action (see s 33 (1) (c)).
