Preventing production of thing in evidenceA person commits an offence if the person, by his or her conduct, intentionally prevents someone else from producing in evidence in a legal proceeding a document or other thing that is required by law to be produced.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 5 years or both.
