CRIMINAL CODE 2002 - SECT 605

A person does not commit any of the following offences only because the person bought or intended to buy a controlled drug from someone else:

        (a)     an offence under section 45 (Complicity and common purpose);

        (b)     an offence against section 47 (Incitement);

        (c)     an offence against section 48 (Conspiracy).
