CRIMINAL CODE 2002 - SECT 379
Forgery offences—forfeiture(1) This section applies if a person is found guilty of an offence against any of the following sections:
(a) section 346 (Forgery);
(b) section 347 (Using false document);
(c) section 348 (Possessing false document);
(d) section 349 (Making or possessing device etc for making false document).
(2) The court may order, under the Crimes Act 1900
, section 367
(Procedure on forfeiture), that any article used in relation to the offence be
forfeited to the Territory.
