CRIMINAL CODE 2002 - SECT 342

A person commits an offence if the person makes an unwarranted demand with a menace of someone else with the intention of—

        (a)     obtaining a gain; or

        (b)     causing a loss; or

        (c)     influencing the exercise of a public duty.

Maximum penalty: 1 400 penalty units, imprisonment for 14 years or both.
