CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 856B
Responsible person—giving information to commissioner for fair trading(1) A responsible person for an approved care and protection organisation may give the commissioner for fair trading protected information if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the information is relevant to the exercise of the commissioner's functions under the Working with Vulnerable People Act
.
(2) This section does not limit the information that the person may otherwise give to the commissioner under this Act or any other territory law.
