CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 855
Director-general—giving information to researcher(1) The director-general may give protected information to a researcher for an approved research project.
(2) The information may be about the child or young person, the family of the child or young person or someone else.
(3) In this section:
"approved research project"—see section 805.
