CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 837

The Magistrates Court Act 1930

, part 4.5 (Civil appeals) applies in relation to an appeal mentioned in section 836 of this Act as if—

        (a)     it were an appeal from a judgment or order mentioned in the Magistrates Court Act 1930

, section 274 (2); and

        (b)     all other necessary changes, and any changes prescribed by regulation, were made.
