CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 831

A person who would, apart from the seizure, be entitled to inspect a thing seized under this chapter may—

        (a)     inspect it; and

        (b)     if it is a document—take extracts from it or make copies of it.
