CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 791

Offence—contravene employment conditions notice

An employer commits an offence if—

        (a)     the director-general gives the employer an employment conditions notice under section 790; and

        (b)     the employer engages in conduct that contravenes the employment conditions notice.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
