CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 727I

The head of service must, on request of the CYP death review committee, arrange with the committee for the committee to use the services of a public servant.

Note     The head of service may delegate powers in relation to the management of public servants to a public servant or another person (see Public Sector Management Act 1994

, s 18).
