CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 727
Costs—how court may share costs(1) This section applies if a court exercising jurisdiction under this Act has made an order about costs under section 725 or section 726.
(2) The court may order costs be paid by or shared between the parties in the way the court orders.
(3) However, if the Childrens Court
makes an order for the payment of costs in a proceeding, the costs allowed are
up to 50% of the costs that would be allowed if the proceeding had been heard
in the Supreme Court.
