Orders about serviceA court may make the following orders in relation to a proceeding under the care and protection chapters:
(a) an order dispensing with service of a notice, order or other instrument under the care and protection chapters;
(b)
an order shortening the time for serving a notice, order or other
instrument under the care and protection chapters
