CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 66
Director-general may require suitability information(1) This section applies if the director-general is making a decision about whether an entity is a suitable entity for a stated purpose.
(2) The director-general may, by written notice given to the entity (a suitability information notice ), require the entity to give the director-general stated suitability information about the entity not later than a stated reasonable time.
(3) A suitability information notice must also tell the entity that giving false or misleading information is an offence against the Criminal Code
, section 338 (Giving false or misleading information).
