CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 652
Childrens Court transfer—care plans(1) The Childrens Court may make an order transferring a child welfare order to a participating State only if it has received and considered a care plan prepared by the director-general for the child or young person.
(2) Unless the Childrens Court orders otherwise, the director-general must provide a copy of the care plan to each person who was a party to the proceeding in which the original order was made.
