CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 572
Intensive therapy order—Childrens Court to consider application for amendment or revocation promptly(1) The Childrens Court must give initial consideration to an application for amendment or revocation of an intensive therapy order not later than 2 working days after the day the application is filed.
(2) The Childrens Court must give directions about the conduct of the proceeding (including the hearing of the application) at the time the application is initially considered.
