CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 546

    (1)     The length of an interim intensive therapy order—

        (a)     must be stated in the order; and

        (b)     must not be longer than 2 weeks.

    (2)     An interim intensive therapy order ends on the earlier of the following:

        (a)     the day the order is stated to end;

        (b)     the day the application for the intensive therapy order is finally decided.
