Voluntary care agreements—who may initiate?Negotiations for making or ending a voluntary care agreement may be started by any of the following people:
(a) the director-general;
(b) the child or young person (or a person acting for the child or young person);
(c) a parent of the child or young person;
(d) someone else who has daily care responsibility, or long-term care responsibility, for the child or young person.
