CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 122
Transfer to ACT in custody of transfer escort(1) This section applies if, under a transfer arrangement for the transfer of a young offender to the ACT, a transfer escort authorised under the arrangement brings the young offender into the ACT.
(2) While in the ACT, the transfer escort is authorised to take and keep custody of the young offender to transfer the young offender to the place in the ACT, and to the custody, stated in the transfer arrangement.
