CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2008 - SECT 103

The director-general may make an arrangement for escorting a child, a young person or a young detainee as required under this Act with—

        (a)     the director-general responsible for administering the Corrections Management Act 2007

; and

        (b)     the chief police officer.
