Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The cemeteries authority may arrange with the chief executive to use public servants in the administrative unit under the chief executive's control.
(2) The Public Sector Management Act 1994 applies to the management by the cemeteries authority of public servants who are the subject of an arrangement under subsection (1).
(3) This division does not limit the power of the
cemeteries authority to employ people who are not public servants.
