CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 26

Cremation to conceal offence

A person commits an offence if the person cremates human remains with intent to conceal the commission of an offence.

Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 5 years or both.
