Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the operator of a cemetery or crematorium fails to remedy the consequences of a contravention of this Act in accordance with an improvement notice or any additional time allowed by the chief executive, the chief executive may arrange for the action that the chief executive considers necessary or desirable to remedy the consequences to be taken by or on behalf of the Territory.
(2) The cost of any action taken under this section is a debt payable by the operator to the Territory.
