Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may direct an offender, orally or in writing, to submit to a search when reporting to perform periodic detention.
(2) The provisions of the Corrections Management Act 2007 relating to searches apply, with any necessary changes, in relation to a direction under this section and any search conducted under the direction.
