Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) On application by a party to an arbitration agreement, the court may issue a subpoena requiring a person—
(a) to attend for examination before the arbitrator or umpire; or
(b) to attend for examination and produce stated documents to the arbitrator or umpire.
(2) A person may not be compelled under the subpoena to answer any question or produce any document that the person could not be compelled to answer or produce on the trial of a proceeding in the court.
