CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 - SECT 8

In this Act:

"offender"—

        (a)     means a person convicted or found guilty of an offence by a court, and includes a young offender; but

        (b)     for part 4.2 (Pre-sentence reports)—see section 40.
