CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 - SECT 120

The offender's obligations (the deferred sentence obligations ) while subject to a deferred sentence order are—

        (a)     to comply with the order (including any conditions of the order); and

        (b)     to comply with the offender's bail conditions.
