Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A member of a cooperative is not entitled to avoid any obligation or liability as a member under any contract, deed or other document entered into as a member on any ground relating to minority.
(2) A person under 18 years old may not hold an office in a cooperative.
(3) A member of a cooperative who is under 18 years old may not vote.
(4) This section applies only to individuals.
