COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 - SECT 38

In this division:

"doing", an act by a cooperative, includes the following:

        (a)     the making of an agreement by the cooperative;

        (b)     a transfer of property to or by the cooperative.

"legal capacity" includes powers.
