COOPERATIVES ACT 2002 - SECT 29

    (1)     On the registration of the corporation as a cooperative the registrar must—

        (a)     issue a certificate of registration; and

        (b)     prepare a written notice about the issue of the certificate.

    (2)     A notice is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
