Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsA reference in this Act to a contract or "agreement" in relation to the payment by a debtor for services supplied by another person does not include a reference to a contract or agreement that is solely a contract of service that creates the relationship of master and servant between the debtor and that other person or because of which that other person would be a worker within the meaning of the Workers Compensation Act 1951 .
